The Spanish Pain Society awards a communication from the Pain Observatory in the category Physiotherapy and Pain

The Spanish Pain Society awarded one of the papers presented by the Pain Observatory at its XIX Congress held between 24 and 26 May 2023 at the Complutense University of Madrid.

The award was given to the scientific communication entitled “Factors associated with physical functionality in people with chronic low back pain: PainReApp study”, in the category of Physiotherapy and Pain. This communication was defended by Prof. José A. Moral Muñoz.

During the congress, two new works carried out by the Pain Observatory were also presented. One entitled “Mental health in the adult population with chronic pain in Spain. Results of the pain barometer” defended by Prof. Inmaculada Failde and another entitled “Mental health in the adult population with chronic pain in Spain. Inmaculada Failde and another entitled “Efficacy of a physical rehabilitation programme using virtual reality in patients with chronic tendinopathy: Randomised controlled trial protocol (VIRTENDON-REHAB)” defended by Prof. José A. Moral Muñoz.
